Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel services purchased from Digi Manish. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the cancellation terms described below.
1. Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service before the project implementation or onboarding process has started. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email at info@digimanish.in.
2. Cancellation After Project Commencement
Once project planning, consultation, onboarding, implementation, account setup, development or any billable work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as resources and professional time have already been allocated to the project.
3. Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based services, customers may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. The current billing period will remain active until its expiry, and no partial cancellation will apply for the ongoing billing period.
4. Custom Projects
Custom automation projects, CRM implementations, WhatsApp API setups, AI chatbot development and other customized solutions are specifically developed for individual business requirements. Such projects cannot be cancelled once development or implementation has started.
5. Refund Eligibility
Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.
6. How To Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please email the following details:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Invoice or Payment Reference
- Reason for Cancellation
7. Processing Time
Cancellation requests are generally reviewed within 2–5 business days. Customers will receive confirmation via email after the request has been reviewed.
