2. Delivery Method
All our services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Service delivery is completed through online meetings, WhatsApp, Email, CRM platforms or secure cloud-based tools.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients may be required to provide:

- Hosting or website access
- CRM credentials
- Required approvals and documents
Delays in providing required information may result in revised delivery timelines.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
Some services depend on approvals or systems operated by third parties such as Meta (Facebook), WhatsApp Business Platform, CRM providers, hosting companies or other software vendors. Digi Manish is not responsible for delays caused by third-party verification or approval processes.
6. Communication
Project updates are shared through Email, WhatsApp, Phone Calls or Online Meetings throughout the implementation process.
7. Service Completion
A service is considered delivered once the agreed implementation, setup or consultation has been completed and access or required information has been provided to the client.
8. Support
Support availability depends on the purchased package or service agreement. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
