At Digi Manish, we strive to provide high-quality business automation and consulting services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

Service-Based Business

Digi Manish provides digital services including:

  • WhatsApp Business API Setup

  • CRM Integration

  • AI Chatbot Automation

  • Lead Generation Solutions

  • Business Automation Services

  • Technical Consulting

As these services involve time, expertise and implementation work, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Consultation Services

Fees paid for consultations, strategy sessions or advisory services are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

Project-Based Services

Once project work has commenced, payments made for completed work, setup activities, implementation or development services are non-refundable.

WhatsApp Business API Services

Meta (WhatsApp) approval decisions are controlled entirely by Meta Platforms.

Digi Manish does not guarantee approval, verification or activation of WhatsApp Business API accounts.

Refunds will not be provided due to:

  • Rejection by Meta

  • Delays in Meta verification

  • Business verification issues

  • Policy violations by the client

  • Restrictions imposed by Meta

Subscription & Third-Party Charges

Any fees paid to third-party providers, software platforms, hosting companies, Meta, WhatsApp, CRM providers or other external services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation of future work by contacting us.

Any work already completed, resources allocated or services delivered will be billed accordingly and are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Digi Manish.

Approved refunds, where applicable, may take 7–14 business days to process.
